CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTE
The goods selected for our website and Catalogue represent but a small proportion of our total stock. If you require an item(s) not listed, please phone or email us, we will be delighted to help if we can. If you have any suggestions as to how our standards of service can be improved we will be pleased to listen.
CATALOGUE AND WEBSITE ACCURACY
Although every effort is made to maintain accuracy, this website and our catalogue should not be regarded as an infallible guide to the current specifications of any particular product and the material contained in this website is for information purposes only. BCH Camping & Leisure by permitting the use of this website does not make any recommendation or endorsement as to any product or other service or advisor, or to any material submitted by third parties or items linked to this website. All measurements, weights and details are given as a guide and must be regarded as approximate only. BCH Camping & Leisure reserve the right to revise prices and to alter colours or specifications at our discretion.
MAIL ORDER GUARANTEE
Goods can be exchanged or refunded, provided they are returned to us in an unused condition with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any special order items that are not normally held in our stock and have been specifically ordered for a customer are not subject to our 14 day return policy, this information will be explained at the time of your order. Goods will be exchanged or refunded free post if the mistake is ours, otherwise post and packing will be charged at cost.
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN WORN OR USED. IN PARTICULAR THIS MEANS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED TENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PITCHED, EVEN INDOORS, AS THIS RENDERS THEM SECOND-HAND AND UNSELLABLE.
DATA PROTECTION
BCH Camping & Leisure will collect and store information about you if you place an order for the purposes of processing and fulfilling that order. We will collect and store any data that you may volunteer to us whilst using our services, e.g. (registration, placing an order or requesting a catalogue). Any data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any stored data will be solely held by BCH Camping & Leisure and will never be shared, sold or rented to any other party. BCH Camping and Leisure will not store credit or debit card information on our website, on the Internet or any other means of electronic storage, except for the period of sending and retrieval (transfer) of that information from a secure page (such as our order form) in the form of an encrypted email when an order is placed. BCH Camping & Leisure takes every precaution to ensure your privacy and that customer information is protected online and offline. In addition to the above, we give you a choice of ordering methods which do not necessarily require you to send credit card information over the internet.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We value your business and endeavour to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receiving them, if there is going to be a delay we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation. We do not take payments for any goods until they are dispatched to you.
BCH Camping & Leisure use Royal Mail and FED EX Parcel services to dispatch goods to customers. We will use the most appropriate service available for the goods being dispatched these services normally require a signature on receipt of the package(s). We reserve the right to use alternative methods at our discretion. Normal delivery days are Monday – Friday. Our current website carriage charges are based on weight and volume.

Large items over 10kg in weight will be charged at cost and will be notified to the customer prior to dispatch.
All orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Carriage charges may change at our discretion but will be listed here and will be shown at the time any order is placed online. Please note we cannot send gas containers or fuel.
PRIVILEGE CARDS
These cards are issued to selected customers only. Club members are entitled to a discount on their purchases at any BCH Camping & Leisure store and when purchasing on our website. On production of their membership card or by use of their membership number in our stores (if visiting our stores in person please make staff aware of your Privilege Card status before making a purchase). If you wish to receive your discount on our website please contact our Internet Team on Tel. 01249 661501 to activate your online account. The Privilege Card discount is subject to the following exceptions:-
- Sale goods, Special offers and Promotions where the original or recommended prices are shown in conjunction with a lower actual asking price.
- Second hand, Shop soiled or clearance goods where it is clear that the goods being offered for sale are below the new, perfect or recommended prices.
- BCH Camping & Leisure reserve the right to waive the above exceptions on the understanding that it is not incumbent on them to do so.
- Privilege Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other cards or accepted means of obtaining discount.
- Privilege Club cards are not transferable and must be signed and dated at the time of issue.
BCH Camping & Leisure reserve the right at any time to withdraw Privilege Club membership from any member or group subject to notice.
